All our candles and diffusers are handcrafted in small batches in Brisbane, Australia. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be prepared and packed.

We ship exclusively with Australia Post. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Returns & Refunds
As our products are handcrafted and made to order, we do not typically offer returns for change of mind. However, your satisfaction is our priority.
Damaged Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.
Returns Process
If a return is authorized, items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
